Declarer had tried to set up spades, finally succeeding on the last spade. The opponents meanwhile had been attacting entries in the minors. Now declarer was in hand and it was time to attend to the heart suit.
Declarer led the queen of heart. Righty won and returned a diamond, to produce this ended position with the lead in dummy.
